Aaron Tripp, Ph.D.
Senior Pastor
Aaron attended the College of Charleston and majored in Biology with a desire to go into the medical field. After a mission trip to La Plata, Argentina, God revealed to Aaron that He had a very different plan for his life. Aaron and his wife Kathryn were married in 2011. Their son Connor was born in February of 2014 and Aaron graduated with his M. Div. that May. Their daughter Emma was born in January of 2016. Aaron has a Masters of Divinity and a Ph.D. in Christian Leadership from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has a passion for seeing people grow in their relationship with Christ and his door is always open for a visit! He has served at EFBC since 2016.
Aaron enjoys hunting, teaching self-defense classes, and watching college football.

Joshua Rushing
Family Pastor
Joshua graduated from Mississippi State University in 2016 with a degree in Communications. He and his wife, Bethany, were married in 2017. Joshua and Bethany have two children, their daughter, Lydia, and their son, Malachi. Joshua worked in the marketing industry while serving faithfully in his local church. Throughout that time Joshua and Bethany felt the Lord calling them to serve in a local ministry full-time. Joshua went on staff at a church in Baltimore, Md. in 2019. While on staff Joshua completed a biblical training and discipleship program. He served in Baltimore until 2022 when he was given the opportunity to join the EFBC staff in the role of Family Pastor. He is currently in the process of completing his M. Div through Liberty University.
Joshua is passionate about seeing the next generation grow in their knowledge of who God is and creating opportunities for them to practically live out their faith. He loves reading, hiking, weight lifting, and learning new things. If you ever want to hammock, play some ultimate frisbee, or study the Bible, shoot him a text.

Terri Miller
Finance Secretary
Terri has lived in Edgefield for the last 34 years. She is married to Fisher Miller and has 2 children, April Miller Holley (Travis) and Craig Miller (Melanie). She has four grandchildren, Hunter, Emma Grace, Hannah, and Brody. Terri has been involved as a nursery worker, a teacher in Mission Friends, Girls in Action, Youth Sunday school and church hostess. She is the Treasurer for Edgefield Baptist Association, Colliers Community Club and God’s Little Angels Preschool.
Terri enjoys reading, shopping, going on cruises, playing with grandchildren, and attending Clemson football games.

Carolyn Holland
Administrative Assistant
Carolyn is a life-long resident of Edgefield and a 1979 graduate of Wardlaw Academy. She has been married to her husband Mark for 7 years and they recently built a home on her old homeplace out on Sweetwater Rd. They joined our church family several years ago and love serving others in the community however they can. Carolyn retired from SRS in 2020 with 35 years of service and joined the EFBC family in March of 2021 as our Admin. Asst. They have 3 children between them and 3 grandchildren. They enjoy fishing and traveling every chance they get.
Carolyn loves singing and is a member of the EFBC choir and the Baptist Singing Women’s Group, SeraphSong. Drop by the EFBC office and introduce yourself to her if you haven’t already.
